My Almost First Mom!

This is my mom's youngest daughter, Jenni who is a professional ballet dancer for the West Australian Ballet Company. The reason my cat mom was bred was to give Jenni a Siamese kitten of her own. So I was born on the side of mom's bed one night with the intentions of going home with mom's daughter to live forever. Well, Jenni's roommate was allergic to cats and I couldn't go live with her after all. Mom naturally fell in love with me and had to keep me! I will give Jenni credit for a lot of my personality. She did live with us my first 3 months of my life and she really spoiled me and made me who I am! She lives so far away though that I don't get to see her that often! Now here are some pictures of what she does for a living!

Here she is high in the air! Yup, in all the years she has been dancing, a guy did drop her onto a HARD hardwood floor and did sustain injuries. Comes with the job I guess. I think she's crazy. She is also almost 5'11", so that was quite a drop! *giggles*

Here's another ballet pose that must be hard to do! Mom tries and she just cracks me up!!!

I like this pose! She looks so pretty doesn't she?

Now this is a picture of me on top of the refrigerator trying to attempt a "Jump" just like Jenni would do hoping to land on my feet in one piece! *giggles*

We just received these pictures from her today through email so I thought you'd enjoy meeting her! If you are ever in Australia and like ballet, stop by and see her!
Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
Stay Kool,
Toulouse

Jenni looks very elegant. Even we can't stretch like that.

Jenni is lovely! Mom is also 5'11" and use to dance! She took 8 years of dance when she was very, very much younger. =) She also took many years of ballet and one year of toe, but quickly realized that she did not enjoy foot pain. Owie.

Oh Huffle, mom and I have never been to visit Jenni. It does look like a beautiful place to live though! If we do come, we could pop in and visit you while we are there! *giggles* And Gandalf, your mom's right about the sore feet. Jenni's feet are in pretty good shape for dancing pro for 17 years but we've seen them in pretty bad shape too. Does your mom miss dancing? That is so kool!

Jenni is beautiful! I wish I could be a ballet-dancing cat. I have a ballerina suit.

Oh Daisy, please model your too-too for us! I bet you look adorable in it! *Giggles* I sadly haven't learned much from Jenni as you can see as I TRY to leap off the refrigerator! One dancer in the family is enough!

Toulouse

Oh my goodness... what a lovely daughter Jenni is; beautiful and talented (you must be a proud mama). And Toulouse is lucky to have such a special sister... but, hey, Toulouse... no jumping now, after all we don't think you've had as much practice as Jenni!

Jenni looks so graceful! The MM's sister dances also. She teaches little girls how to dance too. The wee lass here now wants to learn. I thought 3 was a little young but I'm just a cat.

You must be very proud of Jeni.

I have never tried the "fridge jump", Toulouse. I may have to now.
